ActiView is a new product by precision FX allowing users to provide dynamic, database-driven content to their website viewers. Once on the internet, the content of the database can be easily viewed, sorted, filtered and analysed by the user. Hyperlinks to other pages and images can also be easily added.

Purpose:
The PGWHL uses ActiView to record and track player statistics on their website. By entering the game statistics for each match, the ActiView database is able to sort through and filter the data to create a number of unique pages like:

• Team Standings
• Team Statistics
• Individual Game Statistics
• Overall Player Statistics
• Individual Player Statistics

The end result is a simple data-entry screen that provides numerous output pages to the internet for their viewers and players.

NorWest Electrical Supply. (View the website)

Purpose:
NorWest Electrical Supply sells new and used Surplus Electrical Components. By organizing their product inventory into a database, they are able to provide their customers with valuable data on the products they have in stock.

The staff inputs new inventory into the database, creating fields like Description, Condition, Catalog #, Price, and Units in Stock. From there, ActiView outputs the product to the screen in categories. The user can click through the categories easily finding the product they are looking for and information on how to purchase it.
