OPTEX T-160 Camera Tripod
This is a 3D rendered model we made of the OPTREX T-160 tripod. The model utlizes texturing to give it its plastic look as well as metallic finishes and reflections seen on the panhead arm and the aluminum legs.

Banner L-Gage® LT3 Distance Sensor
The Banner L-Gage LT3 sensor is a Laser Distance Gauging sensor designed to measure the distance to its target. It is used in a sawmill application on a device called a wave feeder. The wave feeder lifts logs along a series of steps up onto a conveyor. The sensor measures the log position on the steps to more efficiently control the wave feeder's speed and provide closer log spacing increasing production.

Board Turner
This is a 3D drawing of an Automated board turner we designed for a machining company. They manufacture the product and sell it to customers that need to have boards turned, for example wane-up applications before going through laser scanners and edger.

Banner Beam Array
The Beam Array from Banner is designed for on-the-fly measurement and profiling. A set was by a customer to scan the position of lumber as it moved along a chain. The results were compared to the computer's calculated position and compared to determine the accuracy of the mills fence system. Animations were created to demonstrate this and can be found in our animations section.

Banner L-Gage® Sensor
This sensor is also designed by Banner Engineering. It is designed to measure distances of up to 5" (12.5cm) with a maximum resolution of 3 micrometers.

Machinery (Transfer Deck)
This piece of machinery is a standard deck that carries boards from one point to another. It was designed to be consistent to that found in a sawmill. It contains details like Lugs, chains, sprockets, bearings, and textures like reflections and shadows on all surfaces.
